Serious Motorcycle Accident in Judenau Leaves Rider Injured

A serious traffic accident occurred yesterday on Lindtalstraße in the municipality of Judenau, located in the Tulln district. A 35-year-old man from Hungary was driving towards Pixendorf when he attempted to turn left into a residential driveway. At that moment, a motorcycle rider from the Tulln district executed an overtaking maneuver, resulting in a collision.

The impact caused the 41-year-old motorcyclist to fall off his bike, leading to severe injuries. Emergency medical services promptly arrived on the scene and transported him to the University Hospital Tulln for urgent medical treatment.

In response to the accident, twelve volunteer firefighters from the Judenau Fire Department, alongside local police, secured the accident site and contained any spilled fluids from the vehicles involved. This incident was not the only emergency response that day; earlier in the morning, a man lost control of his vehicle on the B19 highway for reasons that remain unclear. After colliding with a traffic sign, his car ended up in a roadside ditch. The driver sustained injuries of an unspecified nature and was also taken to the University Hospital Tulln for further evaluation.

The firefighters were active in both incidents, managing to recover the wreckage of the vehicle involved in the earlier accident.
