The investigation into the tragic school shooting at Risbergska School has been extensive, encompassing over 10,000 pages of documentation. Recently, police have released a condensed version of the investigation report, totaling approximately 2,000 pages, which includes significant details concerning the perpetrator's residence.

Images from the police reveal the aftermath of the tactical intervention in the suspect's apartment. In the living room, shattered glass covers the floor, and a broken window between the living room and balcony is visible, with soil and plant fragments scattered on the desk and floor.

Upon entering the apartment, law enforcement discovered multiple bags and boxes containing various items. The police report notes that these included containers, a knife, and parts related to firearm maintenance. Notably, a closet housed a rifle and two barrels.

Rickard Andersson, the individual responsible for one of Sweden's deadliest mass shootings, lived in a modest one-bedroom apartment in central Örebro. The police photographs depict a small living space furnished with a large desk accompanied by two chairs, along with two coffee tables and several side tables. Stacked against one wall are numerous moving boxes.

The shooter rested in a single bed within a red-painted alcove. His room was equipped with two small drawers, one at the foot and the other at the head of the bed. In one of these drawers, officers found various medications prescribed to Andersson.

Within the alcove, a wooden chest contained documents, computer accessories, a laptop, a mobile phone, a USB drive, a toiletry bag, a passport, a keypad, and cash. Nearby lay a chain secured with double locks.

Moving to the adjacent kitchen, investigators noted some dirty dishes left behind. A trash can filled with waste sat on the floor, and two e-cigarettes were discovered in one of the kitchen drawers.

Aside from the firearm and boxes of ammunition--some of which were empty--there is little evidence indicating the nature of Andersson's plans while alone in his apartment.

Further analysis by the police suggests that Andersson appeared hesitant up until the very last moment.
