Conditional Sentence for Threatening Behavior in St. Pölten Case

A St. Pölten waste collector has been sentenced to a conditional prison term following a serious threat made against a colleague. The incident arose amidst internal disciplinary issues, with both the accused and the victim currently suspended from their duties at the municipal department.

The case stemmed from allegations that waste was improperly disposed of for personal gain. The victim had previously reported the accused's actions to a supervisor during an internal investigation.
