BRG Waidhofen an der Ybbs Achieves Silver and Bronze in Latin Olympiad

In a remarkable display of academic excellence, three students from the Bundesrealgymnasium (BRG) Waidhofen an der Ybbs achieved commendable results at the Latin Olympiad, which was held on March 12 as part of the 39th Foreign Language Competition at the Bundesschulzentrum in St. Pölten.

Katharina Deseyve, a student from class 7B, earned the prestigious second place in the Short Latin category, showcasing her proficiency and understanding of the language. Her classmate, David Sonnleitner, also participated in this category and secured the fifth position, further highlighting the strong performance of their school.

In addition, Emma Schmidl from class 6B demonstrated her skills in the Transition Literature category, achieving a well-deserved third place.
