XCMG Machinery, a prominent Asian manufacturer of construction equipment, is intensifying its expansion efforts in Europe through strategic local investments, partnerships, and service innovations. This initiative underscores the company's commitment to fostering sustainable development and industrial growth within the region.

On April 13, XCMG-Europe Sp. z o.o. laid the foundation for a state-of-the-art assembly plant in Kompin, Poland, aimed at producing advanced Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) equipment. This facility, which meets EU standards, exemplifies XCMG's local manufacturing strategy, merging Polish engineering expertise with the company's advanced manufacturing innovations in the field of road construction machinery.

The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by notable figures such as former Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski and XCMG Group President Yang Dongsheng, alongside local officials. The discussions highlighted the project's potential to enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and create job opportunities.

According to Michal Myczkowski, President of XCMG-Europe, this investment not only positions Poland as a hub for high-quality machinery but also amplifies the company's capacity to provide tailored solutions to European customers. The new facility will specialize in equipment for trenchless drilling, responding to the increasing demand for sustainable infrastructure technologies across Europe.

In addition, XCMG and its official distributor, Groupe LABROSSE, held a successful open house event in France on April 14, where they unveiled plans to expand their presence through acquisitions and an enhanced service network. LABROSSE has recently acquired local key rental companies, including Barthélémy Location and E2M, with five additional partnerships on the horizon. The inauguration of Groupe LABROSSE's new headquarters solidifies XCMG's position, offering 12 localized models, which include earth-moving machines and aerial work platforms, supported by on-site technical experts.

Yang Dongsheng emphasized that the company's strategy in Europe focuses on intelligent innovations, ecological transitions, and superior service. He announced the forthcoming launch of a European training center and a leasing subsidiary aimed at equipping customers with advanced skills and flexible financing options to ensure long-term operational efficiency.

XCMG has also formalized the establishment of a subsidiary in France, with departments led by a multinational French-Chinese team. In Germany, the company has set up a service, training, and spare parts warehouse spanning 5,000 square meters.

By combining local production capabilities in Poland with an expanded distribution network in France, XCMG underscores its dual commitment to exceptional manufacturing quality and customer-centric services. With six international research and development centers and operations in 193 countries, XCMG continues to integrate local talent and resources into its global framework.
