Originally home to a soap factory, it was granted a license for a tavern in 1877, influenced by the local garrisons. In 1974, it was renamed 'Zur Zill'. Our menu features a variety of delicious cold, vegetarian, vegan, and warm dishes, with a focus on fresh, regional ingredients.
