Welcome to our Gasthaus and butcher shop! We are a small family business located in the Nürnberger Land, consisting of a restaurant with a butcher shop and a farm. Surrounded by mountains, the small Utzmannsbach in the idyllic Naifertal is ideal for hiking. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best quality, which is why we slaughter the animals that you can enjoy as sausage in the butcher shop or as schnitzel in the restaurant ourselves. Part of the animals are even fattened in our stables with our own grown feed, while the rest comes from farmers in the nearby area (5 km). High-quality raw materials combined with passion and dedication reflect the craftsmanship we want to showcase in our products.
