With over 20 years of experience running the Zinser wine tavern in Nordheim, the Zinser family (Thomas, Marion, and Matthias) has transformed an 1836 half-timbered schoolhouse in Neipperg into a delightful dining experience. After extensive renovations, we offer a creative kitchen that combines experience with regional ingredients to create wonderful dishes.
