In our coffee house, both young and old are warmly welcomed. We aim to connect tradition and modernity. The name Xaver, which was commonly used in Bavaria between the 17th and 18th centuries, was inspired by our son who is currently learning the baking craft and continuing the family tradition of baking culture. The name Xaver originally comes from Spanish (Xavier) and translates to 'new house'. This made it clear that it was the right name for our new coffee house!
