All dishes and Bavarian specialties are lovingly prepared by hand. Best enjoyed with a freshly tapped beer from the Herrnbräu brewery in Ingolstadt. Established in 1874, Weissbräuhaus has become a popular meeting point in the old town since 1993, now operated by Jennifer Müller-McMorland and Martin Müller since 2021.
