The 'Windfang' is our 'little jewel box' in the beautiful old town of Aschaffenburg, directly near the Main. We, Bettina and Markus Barthold, pamper you with our renowned seasonal fresh cuisine. Since 2004, we have been delighting our guests here in Aschaffenburg, first from 2004-2008 in the 'Löwenstube' in Aschaffenburg-Obernau and since March 2008 here in the 'Windfang' directly in the Aschaffenburg old town. We offer a seasonal fresh cuisine and a selection of selected German wines. Enjoy our excellent cuisine, which has received awards such as the Gastronomy Prize Franken 2007 and the Bronze award from the Bavarian State Ministry for Nutrition, Agriculture and Forestry in 2010 for 'Bavarian Cuisine'.
