Welcome to Weinstube Moiakäfer in Fellbach. As the host of this traditional wine tavern, I am pleased to serve you. Established in 1996 by my mother-in-law, I took over the Weinstube Moiakäfer with a commitment to prioritize regional cuisine. I collaborate with many small producers from the area to create dishes that are typical of the region but not always prepared in the classic way. For example, instead of lentils with spaetzle and sausages, we offer Rahmalblaise with spaetzle and Körschtaler salmon trout. Being from the Rhineland, I also incorporate Rhineland dishes like Dippekooche or Spundekäs, all made with regional ingredients. I am a person who values tradition but is also open to new ideas, aiming to modernize the Moiakäfer while preserving what our guests love and surprising them with new experiences.
