Weinbau Münch has been cultivating our vineyards with great passion for 30 years in Großheubach, located in the beautiful Maintal. Nestled between the Odenwald and Spessart, our vineyards lie on the steep slopes of the Großheubacher Bischofsberg. Sandstone shapes our landscape as well as our wines. Being close to nature is our motto! The soil is the foundation for our wines. Healthy, living soil, soil-friendly cultivation, and fertilization only with self-composted organic matter are therefore a must. Flowering cover crops that invite insects and other animals to linger, as well as the avoidance of insecticides and herbicides, round off our work in the vineyard.
