Welcome to Thüringer Hütte, the highest beer garden in the municipality of Ostheim at an altitude of 720m. We offer 130 indoor and 72 outdoor seats for hikers seeking relaxation, as well as for travel groups, for whom we reserve seats by arrangement. Enjoy a magnificent view over the Rhön, the Grabfeld, the Hassberge, and the Thüringer Wald. Our kitchen serves homemade Franconian delicacies until 2 PM, including hearty roasts, beef roulades, and original Thüringer sausages. After 2 PM, you can choose from a hearty snack menu with cold and warm dishes. Throughout the day, we delight you with homemade specialties, delicious cream puffs, and freshly baked cakes and tortes. For our little guests, there is a newly designed playground right next to the house. Our dining areas are accessible for wheelchair users and those with walking aids.
