The Tadshikische Teestube is a restaurant where guests sit on traditional cushions at low tables surrounded by hand-carved sandalwood columns. We offer exquisite tea specialties and a comprehensive selection of beverages. Our menu includes Russian specialties as well as international dishes. The authentic interior of the Tadshikische Teestube was exhibited at the Leipzig Fair in 1974 in the Soviet Pavilion. It was later gifted to the Society for German-Soviet Friendship, which was based in the Palais from 1959 to 1999. Due to renovation work within the Palais, it was closed in April 2012. In November 2012, we found a new, beautiful home in KunstHof to preserve the historical Tadshikische Teestube. In summer, our lovely courtyard terrace invites you to enjoy iced teas and specialties.
