Studio Napoli brings you a piece of Italy with its unique ambiance and delicious dishes from the region around Vesuvius. Whether for a glass of wine, a strong espresso, lunch, or an extensive dinner with friends or family, our philosophy is centered around the senses: smell, taste, and experience. The most important ingredient in our pizzas is time. We give our dough 72 hours to fully develop its flavor, which is the secret to our light and digestible crust. Our pizzas are then quickly baked in a Neapolitan stone oven at 485° in just 60 seconds, served hot and fresh. All ingredients are carefully selected and sourced directly from Italy, ensuring that every dish is prepared fresh daily for you to enjoy.
