In our kitchen, we do not use any artificial additives, flavor enhancers, or finished products. Our pans and pots mainly contain selected and high-quality products from the region and our surroundings. We receive fruits, vegetables, and salads from Streichers Garten (Utting) and the organic garden Schwifting, fish from the fishery Ernst (Utting) and fish farm Birnbaum (Epfenhausen). Our bread and baked goods come from local bakeries such as Bäckerei Klas from Hofstetten and Bäckerei Pfatischer from Unterdießen.
