The Seealpe is open year-round on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays and public holidays until around 6 PM. It can be reached after a short walk, about 500 meters before the Elbsee restaurant, turning right to the forest parking lot and then a 30-minute walk to the lodge. The path is well-maintained, making it accessible for strollers. In summer, hikers and cyclists enjoy the area, while in winter, it attracts cross-country skiers.
