Welcome to Schlipfgrubalm, a family-run alpine farm and organic cattle breeding operation in its 7th generation. We source our products regionally, mostly from the local area, and produce many items ourselves, including our organic alpine pasture beef, which we market ourselves. We prioritize stress-free slaughtering and place great importance on animal welfare, allowing our calves to stay with their mothers for up to a year. Our year-round managed alpine inn offers a shady and sunny spot for everyone, whether young or old, families, hikers, cyclists, or runners. The enclosed playground is perfect for the little ones. From here, you can enjoy an exclusive view of our pasture, where our cattle with their calves and our horses with their foals live.
