We prepare our pasta daily so that you can enjoy our creations on-site at Salto. Alternatively, you can purchase our products in our shop and cook your own dishes at home. Our experienced chefs expertly assemble the packages for you, using only the highest quality ingredients. Our chefs source most of the ingredients directly from local farms and producers. The eggs in our pasta, for example, come from Raindorf, where we regularly visit the chickens. In our dishes, we combine the best of our two worlds – Germany and Italy.
