The Bavarian tavern in the heart of Echterdingen! Our young Bavarian tavern is a place for young and old. Our kitchen is based on rustic, typical recipes, like from grandmother's stove, which are prepared traditionally but also lightly and cleverly. Just as one imagines contemporary tavern culture: uncomplicated, family-friendly, and sociable! Therefore, we revive the old custom of communal feasting in a relaxed atmosphere – certain dishes, such as snack boards or roasted dishes, can be placed on large wooden boards or in cast iron pans right in the middle of the table. This way, everyone can eat together and take what they like best. As is customary for a proper tavern, our classics are prepared fresh daily. Of course, it can happen that the 'bestsellers of the day' run out. We ask for your understanding if our service offers you an alternative.
