Our chef places great importance on preparing sauces, spaetzle, dumplings, Kaiserschmarrn, and other dishes by hand, which are often bought as ready-made products elsewhere. The cakes and pastries in our café are also made by our in-house pastry chef. We pay attention to sourcing as many products as possible from the region.
