Pageou is the restaurant of star chef Ali Güngörmüs located in the Fünf Höfen in Munich. The concept revolves around making the best out of simple, good products, creating an open, relaxed, and inviting atmosphere. Ali Güngörmüs aims for his guests to understand the dishes and hopes they come with a desire for culinary adventures. The name 'Pageou' refers to the village in Eastern Anatolia where he spent the first ten years of his life, evoking memories of his mother's lamb dishes and his grandmother's bread baked on the floor.
