Nothaft Gewölbe is a modern interpretation of traditional Bavarian gastronomy culture, known far beyond the borders of the district. With its two rustic vaulted cellars supported by Romanesque columns, the old farmhouse provides the ideal setting for romantic weddings, family celebrations, and entertaining concerts. On warm summer evenings, the beautiful courtyard is a popular meeting place for young and old alike. It offers excellent transport connections and a large parking area, yet remains secluded within the stylish four-sided courtyard. This location was pivotal in the construction of the Niederaltaich monastery in the eighth century, where monks and workers lived on the estate, which is now run by the Nothaft family with a blend of modernity and tradition.
