About NaNum

Welcome to NaNum, a restaurant specializing in fermented foods and natural wines. For the past 7 years, we have been presenting fish and seaweed in various preparations every Friday and Saturday. Our kitchen is rooted in Korean tradition, developing a variety of new yet authentic dishes that lean towards a predominantly vegan and flavor-rich diet. We maintain our own garden, produce all fermentations in-house, and prioritize sustainable sourcing. NaNum has become a unique place in Berlin, combining fun, experimentation, adventure, and a high standard of quality.
