Chef and owner Andreas Rehm has fulfilled a long-held dream with his first own establishment: upscale cuisine without much fuss and in a relaxed atmosphere. Together with his partner Andrada Cretu, he has been running nö since 2021. The 'nö.' stands for a whole series of things the owner says 'no' to: cheap meat, fish from the Pacific, expensive luxury ingredients, wine from overseas, and service with bow ties and ties.
