About Molkenkur Café

The Molkenkur Café is located on the site of the former Upper Castle of Heidelberg, first documented in 1225. The original building was destroyed by lightning in 1537. The current structure, known as the 'Swiss House', was built in 1851 and is protected as a historical monument. The café offers stunning views over Heidelberg and the Neckar Valley, making it an ideal location for celebrations, conferences, and enjoying excellent cuisine with a good glass of wine. The venue has undergone significant renovations to preserve its historical significance and provide a high-quality experience for up to 600 guests.
