Moha Kaffeerösterei - Quality roasting since 2008. We buy coffee beans directly from harvests and roast them manually using a traditional drum roasting method. This time-consuming and labor-intensive process ensures a gentle preparation, reducing acids and irritants while allowing the individual aromas to develop. We only use the highest quality coffee beans from various growing regions.
