Our wine restaurant features regional delicacies - that's how Müller does it. We want to ensure that our dishes are delicious, prepared with ingredients sourced from the region. We recommend reserving a table in advance, and for groups of 12 or more, we ask that you choose your meals in advance to make it easier for our kitchen crew. Our meat comes from Wartmannsroth from the Häusler butcher, wild game from local hunts by Armin Schlereth, and fish from the Rhön by Horst Siepermann. Our vegetables are seasonal and locally grown, supplied by the Schlereth nursery in Hammelburg. Bread and Dätscher are baked by our local baker Walter Emmert, and fresh rolls are provided daily by our bakery Schwab. The eggs come from the happy hens of the Vogler family in Neuwirtshaus. We also produce our own grape juice, and the apple juice is supplied by the Schmitt family from their orchard in Reichenbach. All products are lovingly made by our suppliers, and you can taste the quality.
