Welcome to Metzgerbräu Reichert - Metzgerbräu Uetzing. Under the motto 'In the land of nuts, there is ham and beer here at Reichert.' In 2002, more or less out of a whim, the first self-brewed beer was created in the sausage kettle of the in-house butcher shop. The amber-colored, spicy beer quickly found fans throughout the district and developed into an absolute hit due to the ever-increasing demand. Soon the weekly 'sausage kettle production' was no longer sufficient, and the decision to expand matured with each brewing process. Therefore, in 2012, the dream of having our own brewing house was realized. Together with two new smoking chambers for the equally popular house-smoked ham, optimal conditions were created to further perfect the tradition of Franconian brewing and butchery art.
