Lokal 1627 was a beloved restaurant and bar located in the heart of Coburg, Germany. Opened on November 6, 2014, it was known for its warm atmosphere and culinary delights. The name '1627' refers to the year the building was constructed, originally serving as a supply house for the nearby Ehrenburg castle. After more than 10 years of operation, the restaurant closed on April 30, 2025, but will be succeeded by a new concept starting July 1, 2025.
