Our goal is to create a warm and inviting atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. We focus on traditional, hearty dishes made with predominantly regional ingredients. Whenever possible, we source our products directly from local producers. We strive for certification under 'So schmeckt der Süden', which requires 80% of our products to be of regional origin. We also offer seasonal dishes that change regularly. The Linde is an inclusion business, providing opportunities for people with disabilities to be valued members of our team.
