Our chef, Martin Schwarzenbach, along with his kitchen crew, prepares hearty and classic Allgäu dishes. Sustainability is a priority, with an emphasis on using regional and seasonal products with short supply chains. Our house guests can look forward to a rich breakfast buffet every morning. In the afternoon, you can enjoy a homemade piece of cake or a hearty snack. Typical Allgäu dishes, such as our popular onion roast or Cordon Bleu, are always featured in our 3-course menus. Our pizza chef also delights you several times a week with his Italian specialties. Our 'little' guests (up to 12 years) can choose from the children's menu. As a highlight, we can offer you a spot on our panoramic terrace, where you can enjoy the unique view of the Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles, as well as the Allgäu mountains. We are also available for celebrations and events, by arrangement.
