About Kleiner Goldener Saal

Originally the auditorium of the Jesuit College of St. Salvator, the Kleiner Goldener Saal is now a popular venue for concerts, not only during the Mozart Festival. The hall can be rented for cultural events. What makes the room so special is the ceiling fresco created in 1765 by Matthäus Günther and the stucco work crafted by Johann M. Feichtmayr. For concerts, seating is limited to 320 seats. For banquet events, up to 14 tables with 10 chairs each can be set up.
