About Küferstube

Welcome to Küferstube! Rooted in the tradition of the Lohr cooperage, the Senger family has been crafting barrels since 1830. In 1968, we transitioned from cooperage to a larger inn, creating the Küferstube. Our restaurant offers a wide range of regional dishes and seasonal specialties, with ingredients sourced from our own cultivation or the surrounding area, including game and fish from Spessart. We pride ourselves on homemade dishes, from our own lemonades to pasta and sausages. Quality and tradition are ensured through the next generation's excellent training in Germany's best restaurants.
