Our partner farms are located in the beautiful and expansive Allgäu, where our cattle spend the summer in free-range on lush and natural pastures. We know that the animal-friendly husbandry of the animals directly affects the taste of the meat. Therefore, we exclusively use meat from farmers in our region, with whom we work closely.
