Keimkasten is the beer stage of Neuötting, located where the Müllerbräu Neuötting malting facility used to be until the 1980s. It offers guests a fascinating ambiance where the transformation process of barley into malt remains tangible. The centerpiece is a long vaulted room featuring two germination tanks, with a tiled access walkway dividing the space into left and right sections. Guests can enjoy fresh unfiltered Kellerbier directly from wooden barrels and various other beer specialties, including different wood-aged Bock beers. Delicious Flammkuchen is also available. A bonus card program rewards guests with a stamp for every half-liter of beer purchased, leading to a free half-liter once the card is full. Free Wi-Fi is provided for all visitors.
