Famous for its legendary giant curry sausage, our kitchen has consistently evolved. Especially our burgers are worth a visit for dinner. We bake our burger buns ourselves, and for the meat, you can choose between 100% real Angus beef or the local variant from the Holch butcher in Ansbach, following a special recipe. We also serve a large selection of pizzas, salads, and finger food. In addition to our house beer, 'Baustelle', there are various beer specialties from Gutmann and Landwehrbräu from Rothenburg. Classics like Mate or Bionade are also available in a wide range of non-alcoholic beverages. Additionally, we offer wines from the Stahl winery in Franconia as well as from Italy, Spain, and France. Long drinks, cocktails, and various hot beverages round off the drink selection. The pub also features a small stage that can be used for concerts, theater projects, or other small art projects.
