About Jaudenstadl

In our traditional Bavarian inn, we offer our guests modern alpine cuisine. We focus on fresh ingredients and a special touch in seasoning and presentation. Our regular guests would likely refer to our 'evergreen' dish, the onion roast beef, as typical Jaudenstadl cuisine. We prefer to use high-quality meat, served with regional and tasty side dishes. However, we also offer fresh and culinary modern dishes. Our cozy venue features a beer garden in the summer and a heated terrace in the winter, right by the Brauneck ski area. For the little ones, there is a large playground and a thrilling ride on the summer toboggan run.
