You are warmly invited to take a tour and visit the animals for a special shopping experience that will delight you! We offer seasonal fresh salads, herbs, and vegetables from our own fields and from organic colleagues in the region. Everything is of the best organic quality, and our own farm products are additionally Demeter certified! Our eggs come directly from our own mobile henhouse, ensuring minimal CO2 emissions. The mobile barn gives the hens permanent access to fresh pasture, which is reflected in the taste of the eggs! Whether it's the incredibly crispy spelt puff pastry cheese sticks, various fine pastries, hearty or delicate whole grain bread, soft butter braid, or the classic Swabian soul with salt and caraway: everything is made in our own farm bakery! Approximately every six weeks, we slaughter and market beef from our colorful Fleckvieh-Braunvieh-Blonde d'Aquitaine herd. You can get everything from the noble fillet to soup meat. In our cheese counter, we present a comprehensive and always changing selection of organic cheeses. We offer specialties from small mountain dairies in France, Switzerland, and the Allgäu, as well as from regional farm dairies. Naturally, you will also find delicious farm apple juice, an amazing selection of honey varieties from our favorite organic beekeeper Mr. Janson, and everything from pasta to coffee beans. Even in terms of laundry detergent and wine, you will find what you need with us! And for a cozy shopping experience, you can always enjoy a cup of the finest organic cappuccino. In the summer months, we will also reopen our farm café on Fridays.
