Welcome to the first vegetarian hut in the Alps. The hostess, Silvia Beyer, known as Silli, grew up as the middle child of three sisters on a farm in Nesselwang. At the age of twelve, upon learning about the fate of her beloved calves, she decided to embrace a vegetarian lifestyle. The hut offers a unique dining experience with a focus on vegetarian and vegan cuisine, reflecting a philosophy that aligns with the growing number of people choosing to live vegetarian or vegan for ethical, health, or personal reasons.
