Restaurant Käsestube has decided to close its physical location in Staufen but will continue to operate in the catering sector. They will offer cheese for home or events, along with equipment rentals. This year, they will also participate in the Freiburg Christmas market with a fondue and raclette stand, selling fondue in baguettes and raclette with bread or potatoes, as well as their fondue house mixture and raclette cheese for home.
