Welcome to Hammermühle, a restaurant and café located in the idyllic Lauterachtal. Our specialty is regional cuisine made with products from organic farming, freshly prepared and lovingly served. The unique ambiance enhances your dining experience. Our establishment has been in its current form since the early 20th century, and in 2005, we converted the barn, largely made of stone blocks from the Hohenburg castle ruins, into a café and tavern.
