About Gustavo

Gustavo, born in 1976 in Rosario, Argentina, discovered his love for cooking early, inspired by his mother's and grandmother's recipes. After his training in Argentina, he traveled the world, leading him to Tenerife in 2001 and finally to Germany in 2007. Here, he continuously refined his culinary skills, culminating in 2021 with further education at the renowned Basque Culinary Center in San Sebastián, Spain. Today, Gustavo combines the best of tradition and innovation in his kitchen, creatively reinterpreting familiar ingredients without losing their original flavors. A true experience for all senses.
