About Gerberhaus

The Gerberhaus is located in a historic building from the 16th to 17th century, situated in the picturesque Ulm Fishermen's and Tanners' Quarter directly along the river Blau. It offers a glimpse into medieval life in Ulm with its narrow alleys, winding passages, bridges, and walkways. The area has been stylishly restored, establishing numerous gastronomic businesses, galleries, and small shops in the old buildings. The ground floor of Weinhofberg 9 (Gerberhaus) was converted into a restaurant in the 1980s and has been operating as such ever since.
