The roots of the Haslinger gastronomy date back to 1883. Peppi Haslinger took over the 'Gasthof Goldener Bär' in 1996. Known as a 'host with heart and soul', Peppi has been running the Goldene Bär since October 2017, together with his children Marie and Max.
