We serve regional cuisine with Franconian specialties, crispy Schäufele, and classic Sunday roasts, as well as pan dishes and fish from local waters. Vegetarian and vegan variations of regional cuisine are equally available on our small, changing daily menu. We cook with love, seasonally, and with fresh ingredients from the region.
