Gasthaus Weißenbeck is a picturesque inn with a beautiful garden and warm service. For 400 years, our farm has been family-owned, and for over 60 years, it has served as an inn in the village between the maypole and the church. From Grandma Anni to Mother Barbara to Daughter Elisabeth, we have always emphasized warmth and hospitality. Our traditional recipes are developed and perfected with a spirit of experimentation and Mediterranean lightness, always 100% homemade. We use the best ingredients from local suppliers, game from our own hunting around Unterbachern, seasonal vegetables from the immediate area, and herbs from our garden. Additionally, we bake fresh, homemade bread daily.
