We are a small, fine family-run business at the foot of the Swabian Jura, offering our guests the best from the kitchen and cellar according to the long-standing tradition of our house. You can choose from a wealth of regional dishes - from fresh Alb mushrooms to juicy beef steak from Aachtal cattle. We also offer seasonal dishes (wild garlic dishes, asparagus, goose roast, ...). Our chef, Sven Jäggle, sources his products (meat, fish, game, eggs, potatoes, mushrooms, Alb-Leisa, etc.) from local agriculture and hunting. A special recommendation is our freshly caught Aach trout, prepared with fresh herbs for you all year round. With a fine sense of spices, the chef creates his spice mixtures himself. Our homemade desserts, from apple strudel to parfait, are worth a temptation! In the cozy guest room, 45 people can be accommodated. The separated Aachtal room offers additional space for 50 people: ideal for meetings, training sessions, and celebrations of all kinds. For your celebrations, we are happy to decorate the guest rooms festively according to your wishes and the occasion. Of course, you can also bring your own decoration. During the Christmas season, we organize atmospheric torch hikes, aperitifs in hut atmosphere, and a subsequent festive Christmas menu. Everything is individually tailored to your wishes: a special kind of company/family celebration! In summer, you can enjoy the sunny hours on our beautiful garden terrace.
