We use only fresh, selected herbs and vegetables, as well as a variety of biologically pure spices. You will not find flavor enhancers or similar products in our kitchen. We also cater to guests who prefer vegan and/or vegetarian cuisine. If you have any special requests, we are happy to assist you. Gift vouchers are available for those in need of a gift idea.
